Client Service Agreement

Rexicon Technologies LLC ("Rexicon," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") appreciates your decision to engage our professional career development services. By purchasing, enrolling in, or otherwise utilizing any service, product, consultation, digital resource, or program offered by Rexicon Technologies LLC (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by the terms set forth in this Client Service Agreement ("Agreement").

This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Rexicon Technologies LLC. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must refrain from purchasing or using our Services.

Rexicon Technologies LLC provides career advisory solutions, professional branding materials, coaching sessions, and related strategic guidance designed to support job search and professional advancement objectives.

While many clients have achieved meaningful career progress, Rexicon Technologies LLC makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding:

1. Job placement
2. Employment offers
3. Promotions
4. Compensation increases
5. Interview frequency
6. Specific career outcomes

Labor market conditions, employer hiring decisions, economic factors, and individual effort remain outside the control of Rexicon Technologies LLC. All employment-related results depend on variables beyond our authority or influence.

No oral or written statement shall be interpreted as a promise of employment or guaranteed results.

You acknowledge that:

1. Any action taken based on guidance, recommendations, or materials provided by Rexicon Technologies LLC is undertaken at your sole discretion.
2. You are responsible for evaluating whether our Services are appropriate for your individual circumstances.
3. You may seek independent professional, financial, or legal advice before making significant career decisions.
4. Rexicon Technologies LLC shall not be responsible for outcomes resulting from your reliance on any suggestions, strategies, or information provided.

You represent and warrant that all materials and information submitted to Rexicon Technologies LLC—including resumes, employment history, credentials, personal background details, and supporting documentation—are truthful, accurate, and complete.

The Company does not independently verify the accuracy of client-submitted information and assumes no liability for:

1. Misstatements
2. Omissions
3. Inaccuracies
4. Misrepresentations

You bear sole responsibility for reviewing and approving all finalized documents before use or distribution.

Certain Services may include customized marketing and branding materials such as resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn content, or related documents.

Client responsibilities include:

1. Carefully reviewing all completed materials
2. Requesting revisions, if applicable, within the designated service period
3. Providing clear and timely feedback
4. Approving final versions prior to use

Once a service engagement concludes, additional modifications may not be accommodated unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rexicon Technologies LLC is not liable for consequences arising from the use of finalized materials that were approved by the Client.

Select Services may include a specified number of complimentary revisions. Revision eligibility, scope, and timeframe are defined within the individual service description at the time of purchase.

Revisions must be requested and completed before the service is formally closed. Additional edits beyond the included scope may require separate purchase.

All service fees are disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree that:

1. All payments are final.
2. Services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
3. If a purchased service remains unused, the Client may request a transfer of that unused service to another individual, subject to written notification within the designated timeframe following purchase.
4. Specific programs may contain limited conditional refund provisions, if expressly described in the service documentation. Such provisions apply only to the particular service identified and do not extend to bundled or discounted offerings unless explicitly stated.

To ensure operational efficiency and service quality:

1. Clients must attend scheduled appointments punctually.
2. Advance notice is required for rescheduling.
3. Repeated missed sessions or prolonged non-responsiveness may result in service suspension or closure.

If a Client fails to maintain communication within a reasonable timeframe, Rexicon Technologies LLC reserves the right to conclude the engagement without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Rexicon Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to:

1. Use or inability to use the Services
2. Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
3. Data loss or electronic transmission issues
4. Decisions made based on provided materials

All Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Rexicon Technologies LLC respects the confidentiality of Client materials and implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted information.

However, no method of electronic communication or storage is entirely secure. The Company cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, interception, or data breach.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rexicon Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

1. Your use of the Services
2. Your breach of this Agreement
3. Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

Rexicon Technologies LLC reserves the right to:

1. Amend this Agreement at its discretion
2. Modify or discontinue Services
3. Update pricing structures
4. Refuse service or terminate a client relationship

Revisions become effective upon publication or notification. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Any login credentials or access codes issued in connection with digital Services are personal to the Client and may not be shared, distributed, or transferred without authorization.

Clients are responsible for safeguarding account access information.

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Rexicon Technologies LLC and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or continuing to use Services provided by Rexicon Technologies LLC, you affirm that:

1. You have read this Agreement in its entirety.
2. You understand your rights and responsibilities.
3. You voluntarily agree to be legally bound by its terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.
